The mp3 file downloading price is settled in proportion to its size in Mb and indicates in Site catalog in US Dollars according to the rate of exchange of The Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the moment of paying. The cost of 1 Mb of music file is 0,02 USD but can’t be less than 0,05 USD for every music file.
Charging off the money from your Account accures at the moment the files added to the Basket.
User has right to refuse downloading a Track which was bought and to return it’s cost to the account if the User didn’t attempt to download Track from “My Basket”. User has right to refuse downloading a Release which was bought and to return it’s cost to the account if the User didn’t attempt to download none of the Tracks belonging to the Release from “My Basket”.
