What to do if after entering of your login and password the system doesn’t authorize you?

You may have disabled the cookies in your browser or maybe your proxy server caches Internet pages "too efficiently.". You can enable cookies by going into ‘Internet options’ in your browser and clicking on ‘Privacy’ to change your settings.
